Not a word was spoken among us until the commercials!  LOL&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Years later, I sat down and read it.  It was wonderful.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for the cause, I didn&amp;#39;t fully understand it until I took a college class about it.
